Some examples of recent implementation projects:

We have recently served as sales and marketing consultants to a service operator introducing a new telecom offering in South America, providing channel development, quality review, training and other services. Our team developed a detailed process plan for lead generation and handling, sales implementation and sales reporting.

Technical assessment of quality, budget and schedule aspects of a global mobile system, focussing on the network management system, air interface methods, gateway software, interconnection with wired and wireless carriers, ground station capabilities, uplink technology, and overall system deployment.

We have also prepared marketing and tariff plans for service operators in Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Spain, Ukraine, United States and other countries, addressing organizational as well as customer segmentation and distribution issues in the process.

The implementation practice draws on the industry-based management experience of our consultants whose prior responsibilities include senior executive as well as operational management positions at major telecom carriers, cellular operators, and satellite and cable TV companies. For example, one of our senior advisors has served as "shadow CEO" of the major telecom carrier in a developing Asian country; another as "shadow manager" of the IT function of a major developed country telecom operator.
