Kalba International’s core consulting practice consists of planning, assessment and organizational projects for the development of telecommunications and multimedia infrastructure.  The practice developed initially in North America in the context of early broadband cable TV networks and then extended to broadband and mobile networks in Europe and Asia.  It has recently extended to frontier markets such as Azerbaijan, Georgia, Malawi, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, and Solomon Islands.
