Our European telecommunications practice was launched in the in the early 1980s, with Eurasian coverage beginning in the late 1980s.  Since then Kalba International has assisted operators, technology providers, regulators and multilateral institutions achieve their objectives in the ICT sector.

Examples of the services we have offered and the experience we have gained in the region include:

  • Analysis of the review of proposed mobile mergers in Germany and Ireland by the EU Competition Commissioner for an investment fund

  • Spectrum auction cases in Italy and Switzerland involving CCA and SMRA formats
