Our European telecommunications practice was launched in the in the early 1980s, with Eurasian coverage beginning in the late 1980s. Since then Kalba International has assisted operators, technology providers, regulators and multilateral institutions (European Commission, World Bank), achieve a wide range of objectives in the ICT sector.
